Comcast Corporation is a global media and technology company headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It is one of the largest providers of broadband, video, and voice services in the U.S. through its Xfinity brand, and also owns NBC Universal, which includes television networks, film studios, and theme parks. In addition, Comcast operates Sky, a major media and telecommunications provider in Europe. With a strong focus on connectivity, content, and innovation, Comcast plays a central role in shaping how people access entertainment, news, and information around the world.
Our Work
Since 2013, Comcast has worked with over 40 StyleMatters technical writers, editors, designers, AI experts, and knowledge management consultants to design, update, organize and reinvent its vast Knowledge Center consisting of tens of thousands of metadata, graphic, and written content elements. This database serves not only 40,000 sales force and customer service representatives around the U.S., but also customers directly through the company’s online and mobile interfaces.
In this ongoing project, StyleMatters is developing content architecture; creating and curating video, graphic, and written content; and publishing content through a complex CMS serving over 10,000 knowledge articles.
