Liz Bauman, a native South Dakotan living in Maryland, graduated with a degree in history from American University in 2006 and maneuvered her way into the assistant editor position at a small, university-style press in Annapolis, MD. Since then, she has become an integral part of the publishing house, working in acquisitions, production, and marketing.
Since the fall of 2010, Liz has employed her editorial, research, and social media skills for the StyleMatters team.
